Jennifer Garner, born April 17, 1972 in Houston, Texas, was raised in Charleston West Virginia. The father of Jennifer Garner, William John Garner, was a chemical engineer for Union Carbide. Patricia Ann Garner, the mother of Patricia Ann, taught at the local college. Desiring to follow the footsteps of her father and earn an education in chemical engineering.
